Flush the HOST and DNS cache:
To clear this cache you need to open your Google chrome browser and visit the following url
Once you visit click on the clear host cache button to flush the HOST cache.
To flush the DNS cache open the command prompt as administrator and run the following commands step by step in it
Update The Chrome Browser
If you are running older version of Google Chrome then update it immediately. You can update your chrome from this method
Menu -> Help -> About Google Chrome.
There you can find out that your Chrome needs update or not. If your browser is not updated then update it.
Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings
